I love these dusters. So much so, I give them away as gifts all the time. My low rating is regarding shipping. I paid extra for two business day shipping. I placed my order on a Tuesday evening, so I didn't count that as a business day. I assumed my order was processed Wednesday morning which should have meant I would receive my order by Friday afternoon but it came Monday afternoon, which was too late for my gift giving needs. Disappointed I pay nearly $10 more to guarantee that two day delivery but it didn't happen. Lesson learned.
